CPG - Management of Obesity - 2004

The global burden of overweight (Body Mass Index (BMI) =25.0 kg/m2) and obesity (BMI = 30.0 kg/m2) is estimated at more than 1.1 billion. There is evidence that the risk of obesity related diseases among Asian rises from a lower BMI of 23 kg/m2.

CPG - Acute Gastroenteritis

This protocol is based on the WHO protocol for Management of Acute Gastroenteritis in children. However modifications were made to the treatment plan C in keeping with the fluid resuscitation methods recommended in the Paediatric Advanced Life support course.
